As the Managing Director of the account, I oversaw the large (up to nearly 200) team that hired agents for TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live. Due to the volume and seasonality of the work, it was highly complex and involved many different Intuit systems and processes. Michael helped to untangle the complexities and was instrumental in developing and implementing new processes to streamline procedures and provide clear line of sight to what was happening across systems.
